Spin & Sort

Spin & Sort does not require an account or sign-in. Gameplay progress and settings are stored locally on the player's device.

Spin & Sort uses Google AdMob for limited advertising. There are no banner adverts and no adverts during active puzzle play. Limited Journey interstitial adverts may appear at natural breaks. After an eligible failed puzzle, a player may voluntarily watch a rewarded advert to receive +3 moves.

Google Mobile Ads may process information such as an IP address and general location, device or app identifiers, advertising information, ad and app interactions, crash information, and performance information. This information may be used for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and diagnostics.

This release does not request Apple App Tracking Transparency permission for cross-app tracking.

Jamjar Play: Word Journey

Word Journey does not require an account or sign-in. Puzzle progress, language, rewards, hint balance and settings are stored locally on the player's device.

Word Journey uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded advertising. There are no banner adverts, forced adverts or adverts during active puzzle play. A player may choose to watch a rewarded advert to receive two hints, up to twice per day.

Google Mobile Ads may process information such as an IP address and general location, device or app identifiers, advertising information, ad and app interactions, crash information, and performance information. This information may be used for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and diagnostics.

This release does not request Apple App Tracking Transparency permission for cross-app tracking.

Advertising privacy choices

Spin & Sort and Word Journey use Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for players in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Players can choose Consent, Do Not Consent, or Manage Options. These privacy choices can also be reviewed later from within each game.

In-App Purchases

Spin & Sort offers optional purchases, including Captain's Upgrade. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. JamJar Play does not receive the player's payment-card details.

Information you choose to send us

Our website does not provide user accounts or ask visitors to register. If you email us for help, we receive your email address and the information included in your message so that we can reply and provide support. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or personal information that is not needed to answer your request.

Website technical and security information

Our website-hosting and security providers may process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser or device type, request time, and security logs, to deliver, maintain, and protect the website. We do not use the website itself to build advertising profiles of visitors.

Children and families

Some JamJar Play games are designed for children and families. Our website does not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. A parent or guardian should contact us if support is needed for a child-focused game or if they believe a child has sent us personal information.

Data retention

Spin & Sort and Word Journey progress and settings remain locally on the device until they are cleared or the app is removed. Support emails are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, keep an appropriate support record, and meet legal obligations. Technical, security, advertising, and purchase information handled by our service providers is retained according to their applicable policies and legal requirements.

Your privacy requests

You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you have sent directly to us, where applicable. Requests concerning information processed by Apple or Google may also need to be made through the privacy controls or support channels provided by those companies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy when our games, services, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be published on this page with a new last-updated date.
